This was one of the most complex timber frame homes we've ever designed. Using a fully detailed SketchUp™ model helped avoid framing and connection conflicts.

This model was part of a commission to design a 50' log tower that marks the main entry to a new zoo in Norfolk, Virginia. It contains logs ranging from 6" to 24" in diameter.
